香港力迈学校对性地培养学生的领导力与自主学习能力。同时，过渡班实行动态分层走班，为零基础新来港学童提供定制辅导，实行每日“粤语+英语”双语特训，打造沉浸式的语言环境，半年内帮助孩子实现无障碍基本沟通。
相比其他私立学校，学校新增“过渡班专属桥梁课程”，同时首年不统考，采用“过程性评估+个性化成长档案”，帮助学生在适应期后无缝对接主流国际课程。
To assist transfer students, cross-border students, and other newly arrived learners in adapting to local academic life, the school has drawn inspiration from the Montessori model to establish a pioneering mixed-age transition class for students in Years 7 to 9. This innovative approach facilitates swift integration into campus life and equips children to confidently tackle challenges.
Hong Kong Limai School harnesses the advantages of mixed-age education by fostering cross-age collaboration to cultivate leadership and self-directed learning abilities. The transition class implements a dynamic, tiered rotation system, offering tailored support for newly arrived students with no prior foundation. A daily bilingual (Cantonese + English) intensive program creates an immersive language environment, enabling children to achieve basic communication fluency within six months. Pilot data from Hong Kong Limai School demonstrates that mixed-age education enhances students' social skills, with older pupils exhibiting particularly strong academic leadership.
Unlike other private schools, the institution introduces an exclusive "Bridging Program for Transition Classes" and forgoes standardized assessments in the first year.
