China Holland Education Foundation (CHEF) is a non-profit organization with its corporate seat in The Netherlands by the China Europe Center for Economic Cooperation (CECEC).
On behalf of more than 20 Dutch higher education institutions, CHEF carries out the promotion of the Dutch higher education and its English-taught International Courses in China and selects and supplies qualified students for Dutch institutions.
CHEF Foundation Beijing Office, cooperates with a network of legalized local agents all over China, and is able to provide tailor-made counseling services for both the Dutch institutions and the Chinese applicants.
During the year 1999-2001, CHEF worked together with NUFFIC and 15 Dutch higher education institutions；CHEF successfully operated the "China Holland Education Project 2000/2001" in China. The results were highly positive in terms of promotion of the Dutch Higher Education, application, and the selection of qualified students.
